MVMA’s group room blocks are reserved for registered MiVetCon attendees only. 
Routine audits of the reservation list compared to list of registered attendees will be conducted to ensure all registered attendees can secure accommodations convenient to the conference venue. 

Overnight guests of the Amway Grand Plaza

Amway guests may park in their adjacent parking ramp at the current rate of $41/night. Valet parking is also available at the current rate of $45/night. Overnight parking does have unlimited in and out privileges, however parking in the Hotel ramp is not guaranteed.

Registered guests of the Amway Grand Plaza should access DeVos place through a covered skywalk - leaving vehicles parked at the designated hotel parking. 

DeVos Place

Conference attendees may park under the DeVos Place convention center. Fees can range from $12 - $25 per day, depending on the length of time. Access to the parking lot is on Michigan Street and Lyon Street. Please note: you can no longer access the underground parking garage if you are heading West on Michigan Street. No left hand turns are permitted due to a semi-permanent concrete berm installed for a new crosswalk. Overnight parking under DeVos is prohibited. 

Additional parking may be available in the City-County Building on Monroe Avenue (across from DeVos Place) or several other parking structures within walking distance.

Vehicles that are too large to fit in a parking structure may be given a permit to park on Scribner Avenue during the dates of the event. Parking on Scribner is available on a first come, first served basis.

Conference attendees are responsible for observing all parking policies, restrictions, and notices. Parking in fire lanes and in front of marked exits is not permitted at any time.  The city of Grand Rapids reserves the right to tow, at owner's expense, any vehicle improperly parked without prior notification. No overnight parking of any vehicle, truck, trailer etc. will be allowed without proper authorization.
